EIN Guide on Domestic Advocacy for the Implementation of ECtHR Judgments

The European Implementation Network (EIN) have produced a useful guide for developing a comprehensive advocacy strategy for the implementation of judgments from the European Court of Human Rights (“ECtHR”).
EIN Toolkit on Domestic Advocacy
The guide seeks to fill the knowledge gap about best practices of domestic advocacy. It presents lessons learned for the benefit of NGOs and other civil society actors who wish to strengthen the domestic component of their advocacy through engagement with the authorities, forming stronger alliances with other civil society actors, and winning over the public by effectively communicating through the media.
EHRAC is an EIN member, and examples of our advocacy work are featured prominently in the guide.
