Legal advice
EHRAC is only able to provide legal advice on cases and human rights issues from Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Ukraine. We only litigate cases in partnership with lawyers based in those countries. Our primary area of expertise is litigation before the European Court of Human Rights, although we also occasionally litigate cases before other international human rights mechanisms.
If you require representation before the European Court of Human Rights, or domestic courts, we suggest first contacting our partners operating in the region (see ‘Who We Work With’).
If you are seeking legal advice in relation to a UK case, please contact the Law Society of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland and they will be able to assist you with finding appropriate legal advice.
