Recent Polish ECtHR judgements: fewer systemic problems – more fine-tuning


During the first half of 2010, the ECtHR issued 56 judgements against Poland. Many of these identified a violation based on a specific problem in existing legislation, resulting in the fine-tuning of Polish law.
