Latest PACE report on the implementation of European Court judgements
The most recent report of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe into the implementation of ECtHR judgements highlights concerns regarding the continued existence of major structural deficiencies in the states to which the Committee’s Rapporteur paid in situ visits. In the case of the Russian Federation, the report identifies significant shortcomings arising from the judicial system.
