EU Special Adviser, Thomas Hammarberg has published his report on the progress and challenges facing civil society in Georgia. Mr Hammarberg emphasised the immense progress made by Georgia in improving its democratic credentials, in terms of the political environment, labour legislation and prison conditions, and many other issues.
