EHRAC is only able to provide legal advice on cases from Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Ukraine. As a general rule, we only litigate cases in partnership with lawyers based in those countries. Our primary area of expertise is litigation before the European Court of Human Rights, although on occasions we litigate cases before other international human rights bodies.
It is highly unlikely that we will be able to assist in cases which do not fit this description.
Should you have a case that fits within this description please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will forward your enquiry to the relevant member of the team.
If you require representation before the ECtHR or domestic courts in cases originating from Georgia, Russia or Ukraine, we would suggest first contacting our partners in these countries:
Georgia: Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association
Russia: “Memorial” Human Rights Centre
If you are seeking legal advice in relation to a UK case, please contact the Law Society of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland and they will be able to assist you with finding appropriate legal advice.
