What has been the effect of the ECHR on Armenia?


Following Armenia’s ratification of the ECHR in 2002, the ECtHR has so far found violations in a total of 25 cases against the country. The majority of these include a violation of the right to a fair trial, whilst others concern a number of other Articles and Protocols.
