CoE Commissioner Special Mission to Georgia including South Ossetia: Summary of Findings
Following the conflict in South Ossetia and his initial visit to the region in late August 2008, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights visited Georgia and South Ossetia between 25 and 27 Septmeber 2008 to assess progress on human rights and humanitarian protection.
