In this issue, we interview Ella Kesayeva, Chair of Voice of Beslan and mother of one of the hostages in the 2004 Beslan School Siege. You can read articles on the continuing repression of civil society Azerbaijan, business and human rights in Russia and violence against women in Georgia. It also includes an interview with Judge Oleksandr Volkov, following his reinstatement to the Supreme Court of Ukraine. As usual, the Bulletin contains summaries of recent human rights judgments concerning our target region.
