EHRAC is seeking an innovative and experienced fundraiser specialising in writing grant applications to new and existing donors to join a litigating human rights NGO working with partners in the former Soviet Union.

We are looking for a new Development Officer. You will be an innovative and experienced fundraiser who enjoys developing and implementing fundraising strategies and plans; identifying new sources of funding and new approaches to fundraising; and developing relationships with donors, international partners and partners in our target region.

You will be involved with all aspects of the grant management cycle, such as identifying new funding opportunities, drafting bids and proposals, donor reporting and monitoring of grant expenditure and project results.
