href=\"https:\/\/wcd.coe.int\/ViewDoc.jsp?id=2135851&amp;Site=CM&amp;BackColorInternet=C3C3C3&amp;BackColorIntranet=EDB021&amp;BackColorLogged=F5D383\">adopted a further decision<\/a>\u00a0in the case of\u00a0<a title=\"Opens in a new window\" href=\"https:\/\/ehrac.wpengine.com\/resources\/oleksandr-volkov-v-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oleksandr Volkov v Ukraine<\/a>, in which they urge Ukraine to\u00a0<i>\u201ctake rapidly measures to reinstate the applicant in the post of judge at the Supreme Court without further delay\u201d.<\/i>\u00a0This follows Mr Volkov and EHRAC\u2019s Jessica Gavron speaking directly to the Committee in Strasbourg in November 2013, in order to actively pursue the implementation of this crucial
