EHRAC is very saddened to hear about the death of Lord Frank Judd.

Lord Judd spoke at the public event held to launch EHRAC in 2003. As a former Council of Europe rapporteur on Chechnya, he always took a great interest in our work, and was very generous with his time in providing advice and support.
